ABOUT US AND OUR PRODUCTS
Our produce is purchased from Upper Valley Produce, a purveyor that supports local agriculture by distributing from local and regional farms. (When at all possible)
Our signature burgers are wildly popular. The burgers are one half pound 80/20% Black Angus beef. Our NY strip steaks are cut from choice Black Angus beef.
We offer Bison meat – a low fat alternative to our regular burger.
Our bulk ground beef is purchased locally from PT Farms and used in many of our recipes including our award winning homemade chili and meatballs.
Our chicken products, steaks and beef tips are hand cut. We use a homemade seasoned breading on breaded chicken products.
We serve locally produced flat bread pizzas made with organic ingredients from Vt. Small Batch out of Thopsham, Vermont
Our chili and many of our soups and dressings are house made.
We recycle! Our waste is separated and recycled. Bottles and cans go to our local recycling center or are redeemed by our beer distributors. Card board, plastics and paper are separated and recycled by our rubbish company. Food waste is saved for local livestock farmers. Our fry oil is recycled for use as a biodiesel fuel.
In an effort to save on waste, straws do not automatically come with beverages however, they are available upon request.
Looking for a Vermont made souvenir? We have some Vermont made items for sale in our display case in the front foyer. Also available are logo shirts, pint glasses and tote bags.

**Many items are available from our kitchen. If you have enjoyed an item in the past that you do not see on any of our current menus, we may be able to accommodate your request. Special requests however, are at the discretion of the kitchen.
